18" x 18" Table Top PlayStands: frame is made of Mahogany for stability and beauty. The 2"x2" center post is approx. 14"-16" tall, the natural perches shown are approx 1-1/8" diameter. The wood dowel perches shown are 1-1/8" dia. Steps come in acylic, 3/4" dia. We now use only natural woods for the perches, no more wood dowels. Steps can also be with natural woods, no extra cost. Please email me and inquire about which would be best suited for your bird type. This size playstand is perfect for medium to large birds, such as African Grey, Amazons, Pionus, Caique, some Cockatoos (Goffin) and other similar parrots. However, you can always order this for a smaller bird, such as a cockatiel, lovebird, parrotlet, etc.. just make sure you let us know so we can install a smaller diameter perch for your birds comfort.
