We are bird lovers as well as members of the Long Island Parrot Society and have created these play gyms & playstands with love.
We can custom make just about anything for your bird / parrot. If you would like a larger or longer PlayStand or Gym, maybe the diameter of the Perch needs to be bigger or smaller, or you need to have the Pedestal taller or shorter, just email us your requirements and we will be happy to accommodate you and give you an estimate. If you have a custom design in mind, let us know what it is you would like us to build and we will build it for you. As long as we know the type of bird you have, we can customize and insure the perch diameters and the step spacing is correct.
Our prices are the best you will find anywhere you look on the web for top quality natural wood products that we produce. Take a close look at our products and see how they are built. Everything we use is thick and sturdy.
Our Portable PlayStands and Gyms are hand made using Mahogany wood for the frames which gives added support and longer life. We use 3/4" thick melamine for the base, which is very easy to wipe clean.
For the center posts, we use either 2"x2" mahogany, or we make it using natural woods, such as manzanita, fir, apple,willow, madrone, etc.
Our perches are always made using one of the natural woods. We no longer use regular wood dowels for the perches because they are too easily chewed up by the birdies. However, if that is what you want, you can always ask us to use the wood dowel for the perch, and we will.
Steps are made of either acrylic or natural wood. Your choice.
Our Pedestals are hand crafted using mahogany wood, we build it with 5 legs for extra strength, and we use High quality Casters for better mobility. Our pedestals can be matched to fit any of our standard or custom PlayStands, Gyms, Playpens or Trees.
