Here's what happened:
We designed and built a custom play gym for the top of a Cockatiels cage. The hinged doors on the top of their cage broke and their owner (Serena) wanted to place a gym on top of it, so we had to fit it exactly, which we were able to do. When Serena received her new play gym she put it together and her cockatiels took to it right away. Eventually, they loved it so much, they ate it!
Hence my nick name... Hungry, Hungry Cockatiels!

I told Serena about our new product, "ACRYLIC STEPS" and suggested she send back just the parts that needed replacement. I told her she just needed to unscrew the post with the spiral steps and then send it back to us along with the ladder, which she did. Scott received it and went to work pulling off the chewed up wood dowel steps and replacing them with colored 1/2" acrylic steps. He then packaged them up and returned them to Serena.
