All new playstands being built will be 24x24 in size and will have all
natural wood perches and steps (you can request acrylic steps)
Most perches will be made from manzanita Post will be 2x2 mahogany
as shown above.

24" x 24" PlayStand w/Manzanita perch & centerpost, and one cup. Comes with Swinging Ladder which is detachable. Ladder is made from assorted woods & strung on either 2mm or 2.5 mm chain.
This playstand does not come with steps, however, if you want steps, just add an additional $15.00 to the price. Steps can be made from natural woods or acrylic, please specifiy if you are ordering it with steps.

The Pepper was designed with a larger bird in mind, and that is why there is the ladder instead of the steps. If you want to keep your bird on top, you can detach the ladder, if you decide you want the bird to climb up and down, you just replace the ladder.

Also, this model's centerpost is taller than the usual playstands. It all depends, but it will be anywhere from 20"-22" tall and will have a thicker perch.
You can order it for a smaller bird, just let us know your bird type and we will use the appropriate size perch and ladder.

24x24 Berry (this is another Berry we built for a customers Moulucan Cockatoo.

**All PlayStands now come with a natural wood perches instead of wood dowels you see in the two pictures on top left. We offer manzanita (natural or sand-blasted), madrone or fir wood. If the playstand you are ordering comes with steps, please let us know if you want acrylic instead of natural wood. No difference in cost for the acrylic steps, we just need to know tha tis your choice, otherwise we will use natural wood for the steps. Center posts will be 2"x2"
Mahogany posts. You can order it with a natural wood post too, email me for pricing.
The extra cost will be reasonable, most likely it will be $10.00 additional for the natural centerpost instead of the 2x2 mahogany centerpost.

If you want acrylic steps, please request them when ordering by sending us an email.
We use 3/4" diameter acrylic on 18"x18" and larger Playstands. We can use 1/2" diameter acrylic if you like, let us know your size choice when ordering.
